Outstanding Obedience
This Dog training clip is of Jaeger the American bulldog has assisted me in proving to the world that well bred bulldogs are excellent workers. This is a basic routine I teach all dogs in my care as a foundation for manners and trust building before I go into any protection dogs work.
What does a Decoy do?
A Decoy/helper is a dog trainer that specifies in bite work, usually focused on the training of protection dogs. This short clip is an insight to the factors and process I go through in my head when decoying a dog, in this case it is a dog belonging to the Ghana Military Police dog training school. The ability to bring out the dogs traits, read the dogs behaviour and have great timing are key to getting the best out of any dog.
Protection Dog - Bite Development
This dog training clip presents Yaro the German Shepherd, a dog sourced (flown in from Europe) by LISEN K9 on behalf of a close friend and long standing client based in Africa. He wanted the best example of the breed, so that's what he has got. Yaro is going through the Family Guardian training plan, and he is doing a great job. He will soon progress onto his protection dog related training with the educated guidance of one of our dog trainers.
